Cable Protector

For each clamp, there are four contact pads used to ensure non-destructive holding force.

The Multi Spring Friction Pad Gripping System is designed to obtain an optimum holding force. This prevents slippage and rotation.

The non-destructive gripping feature prevents flattening or deformation of the cable.

All hinges are spot welded to enhance the overall strength of the hinge.

Designed with smooth features to prevent rotation and hang-ups whilst running in the wellbore.

Tapered wedge lock pins to secure the Terra Cable Protector. This eases the pin installation.

All tapered pins have dimples to retain the pin in place during installation.

These tools are used to install/secure the cable protectors onto tubings within 30 seconds.

Consists of a hand controlled Pneumatic Hydraulic Pump, a C-shape holder assembly and a Pneumatic Hammer.

Recommended for larger sizes (3.5”-7”)

Manual tools are used to install the cable protectors on the tubings.

Consists of a manual calliper, a tapered pin controller and a hammer.

Suitable for smaller sizes (up to 3-1/2”)
